Yes, we did receive the hats and they are very nice. On our next order we would like the orange replaced with red. We plan to order more in November. Maybe you can give us a freight estimate via SEA for 500 hats.

Great thanks for getting the 300 salomon caps sent on time.
All the caps look good. The organisers for Alinghi were very happy. We will have to make many of these over the next two years but I have to start with samples to show the sponsors and salesmen. Can you also make a low profile light brushed cotton? Will it be Ok to make samples with you? We will want three type: 2 Caps and 1 bucket. We will also have more order for the Salomon hat I'm sure because they are so nice.

We just received our Chef2Chef hats and the red color is absolutely perfect!

We had a huge problem with Allegro. In addition to the $145 we prepaid for the freight, we incurred and additional $350 in expenses to various shipping company including Allegro.

It would have been far cheaper and faster to send the hats via DHL Air!

Please tell us what Allegro promised for $145 we prepaid.

And next time we sure will use DHL instead.

Can you tell me what the bank costs are in Vietnam, which I have to pay?

The costs from Holland are about 15$. If it is also this amount in Vietnam, it will be very expensive for us, everytime we order one logo.

I have received the caps in good condition and they look great! Thanks for your help and prompt service I would recommend your company to anyone interested in ordering this type of cap.
The only problem I had was getting them through customs which was very expensive. If I had gone DHL would I have had to pay this $320 worth of fees and charges or would that have included the customs fees?
